Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied, you have 14 days to initiate a return request. If 14 days have passed since your purchase has been delivered, then unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

  1. DO NOT SEND Broken items.  Contact support@wristwatchstraps.co for items received broken or 30 day warranty requests.
  2. Products must be returned in NEW and Unworn condition with all the original packaging. Returns are fully inspected and will be rejected if not in the original condition.
  3. DO NOT RETURN ITEMS without emailing Support.  The return address on the shipping label is NOT the same as the return address.  The return address is the Warehouse and they do not take incoming orders.  They will destroy returned items. 
  4. We strive to represent the colors of our products as accurately as possible in our photos and descriptions. However, we cannot guarantee that the color you see on your screen will be an exact match for the actual product.  This can be due to Video Settings, Lighting, and Dye variations.
  5. We are not responsible for Lost, Stolen, or incorrect shipping address.  All orders need to be validated to ensure accurate information.
  6. ALL REFUNDS WILL REQUIRE Customers to Pay for Return Shipping via 30% Restocking FEEThis amount will be reduced on your refund. Exchanges will not incur a restocking fee
  7. Exchanges will be issued full Store Credit will be issued in full
  8. Visit Account Page to request Refund/Exchange.
  9. Refunds will not be made for items that were FREE,BOGO, or Discounted Items that are sold As is, offers
  10. Customers outside of USA will need to return items to USA address and required to pay for shipping. Will not be charged a Restocking FEE when you want a refund or Exchange

FIRE SALE 

  • All Fire Sales are sold AS IS. The price is greatly reduced therefore there is  No RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.

Warranty Policy

We will Warranty our products for 30 Days from the original date of delivery due to any manufacturer, materials, and workmanship defects under normal use.. Normal wear and tear will not be warrantied

THE LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:

  1. will not cover defects relating to product servicing not performed by WristWatchStraps.co
  2. will not cover defects due to improper or unreasonable use or maintenance which includes but not limited to: failure to follow operating instructions; accidents; tampering; altering; etc.
  3.  will not cover defects caused by normal wear and tear, which include but are not limited to: cosmetic damages (scratches and dents) unless failure has occurred due to a defect in manufacturing, materials or workmanship.
  4. WristWatchStraps.co NOT LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES in connection with the use of any product, including (but not limited to) device damage, data loss, or loss of use of any product.Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental, special, or consequential, damages, so the above exclusion or limitation may not apply to you.
