Warranty Policy

We will Warranty our products for 12 months form the original date of purchase due to any manufacturer, materials, and workmanship defects under normal use.. Normal wear and tear will not be warrantied

FILING A WARRANTY CLAIM, Exchange, or Refund:

All requests must be filed by the customer within the (1) year warranty period or 30 days for refunds/exchanges.  We may ask you to send us a photograph of your Product (defect) to validate the claim and, in some cases, we may ask that you return the product to us for inspection and/or repair. We reserves the right to charge a shipping and handling fee when evaluating and fulfilling any warranty claims.

Refund/Exchange Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging..

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
