One goal: Close them every day. It’s such a simple and fun way to live a healthier day that you’ll want to do it all the time. That’s the idea behind the Activity app on Apple Watch.
The watch’s Activity app showcases three colored rings that you’re supposed to close by the end of each day. The app automatically tracks your active calorie-burn (red ring), how many times you stand up for one minute or more in 12 different hours (blue ring), and how much you exercise at a brisk pace (green ring). To track all this, just strap on the watch.
There are endless possibilities that can be achieved with the Apple Watch. I personally love this the 3 ring feature. The colors the simplicity it just makes it easier to review and most importantly motivated to reach my goals.
