Returns Policy
If you are not satisfied, you have 14 days to initiate a return request. If 14 days have passed since your purchase has been delivered, then unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- DO NOT SEND Broken items. Contact support@wristwatchstraps.co for items received broken or 30 day warranty requests.
- Products must be returned in NEW and Unworn condition with all the original packaging. Returns are fully inspected and will be rejected if not in the original condition.
- DO NOT RETURN ITEMS without emailing Support. The return address on the shipping label is NOT the same as the return address. The return address is the Warehouse and they do not take incoming orders. They will destroy returned items.
- We strive to represent the colors of our products as accurately as possible in our photos and descriptions. However, we cannot guarantee that the color you see on your screen will be an exact match for the actual product. This can be due to Video Settings, Lighting, and Dye variations.
- We are not responsible for Lost, Stolen, or incorrect shipping address. All orders need to be validated to ensure accurate information.

How to use:
- To loosen and remove the cap turn it counter-clockwise.
- Fill the ice bag two-thirds full with either cold tap water, ice water, crushed ice, or ice cubes.
- Turn the cap clockwise until it is secured tightly on the ice bag.
- Turn ice bag upside down and firmly press on the bottom to test for leakage.
- Apply to desired area.
- Condensation may form on the outside of the bag. Wrap the ice bag in a soft towel to protect the skin and to avoid condensation accumulation.
- Apply ice bag for 20 to 30 minutes (maximum) at a time. Continue to reapply after injury. Wait one hour between applications.
