Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied, you have 14 days to initiate a return request. If 14 days have passed since your purchase has been delivered, then unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

DO NOT SEND Broken items. Contact support@wristwatchstraps.co for items received broken or 30 day warranty requests.
Products must be returned in NEW and Unworn condition with all the original packaging. Returns are fully inspected and will be rejected if not in the original condition.
DO NOT RETURN ITEMS without emailing Support. The return address on the shipping label is NOT the same as the return address. The return address is the Warehouse and they do not take incoming orders. They will destroy returned items.
We strive to represent the colors of our products as accurately as possible in our photos and descriptions. However, we cannot guarantee that the color you see on your screen will be an exact match for the actual product. This can be due to Video Settings, Lighting, and Dye variations.
