Returns Policy
If you are not satisfied, you have 14 days to initiate a return request. If 14 days have passed since your purchase has been delivered, then unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- DO NOT SEND Broken items. Contact support@wristwatchstraps.co for items received broken or 30 day warranty requests.
- Products must be returned in NEW and Unworn condition with all the original packaging. Returns are fully inspected and will be rejected if not in the original condition.
- DO NOT RETURN ITEMS without emailing Support. The return address on the shipping label is NOT the same as the return address. The return address is the Warehouse and they do not take incoming orders. They will destroy returned items.
- We strive to represent the colors of our products as accurately as possible in our photos and descriptions. However, we cannot guarantee that the color you see on your screen will be an exact match for the actual product. This can be due to Video Settings, Lighting, and Dye variations.
- We are not responsible for Lost, Stolen, or incorrect shipping address. All orders need to be validated to ensure accurate information.
- ALL REFUNDS WILL REQUIRE Customers to Pay for Return Shipping via 30% Restocking FEE. This amount will be reduced on your refund. Exchanges will not incur a restocking fee

- Call quality depends on signal strength, environment, network traffic, and many other factors. Actual results may vary.
- Pixel Buds A-Series (earbuds only) have a water protection rating of IPx4 under IEC standard 60529. Water resistance is not a permanent condition and may be compromised by normal wear and tear, repair, disassembly, or damage.
- Adaptive Sound requires an Android 6.0 or newer device to enable the feature. To prevent possible hearing damage, avoid listening at high volume for prolonged periods of time.
- All listening times are approximate and were measured using music playback and talk with pre-production hardware and software, with fully charged Pixel Buds A-Series and case, and other features disabled.

- Requires location enabled.
- Requires Google Pixel Buds connected with Fast Pair to a device running Android 6.0 or newer, with location history enabled. Ringing your earbuds to locate them requires them to be nearby and connected to your device. The earbuds will ring at a gradually increasing volume.
