Returns Policy
If you are not satisfied, you have 14 days to initiate a return request. If 14 days have passed since your purchase has been delivered, then unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- DO NOT SEND Broken items. Contact support@wristwatchstraps.co for items received broken or 30 day warranty requests.
- Products must be returned in NEW and Unworn condition with all the original packaging. Returns are fully inspected and will be rejected if not in the original condition.
- DO NOT RETURN ITEMS without emailing Support. The return address on the shipping label is NOT the same as the return address. The return address is the Warehouse and they do not take incoming orders. They will destroy returned items.
- We strive to represent the colors of our products as accurately as possible in our photos and descriptions. However, we cannot guarantee that the color you see on your screen will be an exact match for the actual product. This can be due to Video Settings, Lighting, and Dye variations.
- We are not responsible for Lost, Stolen, or incorrect shipping address. All orders need to be validated to ensure accurate information.
- ALL REFUNDS WILL REQUIRE Customers to Pay for Return Shipping via 30% Restocking FEE. This amount will be reduced on your refund. Exchanges will not incur a restocking fee

The Vacuum Tube Technology is a perfect insulator that converts 80% of the sun’s rays into heat, reaching temperatures up to 550ºF. Despite using solar heat, the reflector shields and exterior tube stays cool to the touch, so no fire hazard here! This solar cooker works under cloud coverage as well and is ideal for baking, steaming and frying food. The tube size works best with diced foods or small fish, and the cooking tray is made of food-grade stainless steel.
