Returns Policy
If you are not satisfied, you have 14 days to initiate a return request. If 14 days have passed since your purchase has been delivered, then unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- DO NOT SEND Broken items. Contact support@wristwatchstraps.co for items received broken or 30 day warranty requests.
- Products must be returned in NEW and Unworn condition with all the original packaging. Returns are fully inspected and will be rejected if not in the original condition.
- DO NOT RETURN ITEMS without emailing Support. The return address on the shipping label is NOT the same as the return address. The return address is the Warehouse and they do not take incoming orders. They will destroy returned items.
- We strive to represent the colors of our products as accurately as possible in our photos and descriptions. However, we cannot guarantee that the color you see on your screen will be an exact match for the actual product. This can be due to Video Settings, Lighting, and Dye variations.
- We are not responsible for Lost, Stolen, or incorrect shipping address. All orders need to be validated to ensure accurate information.

Reminder:
- Follow the suggested cooking time and respective microwave oven wattage to get soft, medium or hardboiled eggs. After cooking, shake it at least 10 times to crack the shell and make peeling easier. It's the perfect egg cooker for excellent breakfasts.
- When placing on a 600W microwave oven, 7min steam for half ripe, 10mim for all ripe. When placing on a 500W microwave oven, 8min steam for half ripe and 11min for all ripe.
- After heating, the body of the egg cooker may be very hot and contains scalding water inside, please allow the egg cooker to cool for 3-4 minutes and use insulated oven gloves to protect your hands. (Insulated oven gloves not included)
