Returns Policy
If you are not satisfied, you have 14 days to initiate a return request. If 14 days have passed since your purchase has been delivered, then unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- DO NOT SEND Broken items. Contact support@wristwatchstraps.co for items received broken or 30 day warranty requests.
- Products must be returned in NEW and Unworn condition with all the original packaging. Returns are fully inspected and will be rejected if not in the original condition.
- DO NOT RETURN ITEMS without emailing Support. The return address on the shipping label is NOT the same as the return address. The return address is the Warehouse and they do not take incoming orders. They will destroy returned items.
- We strive to represent the colors of our products as accurately as possible in our photos and descriptions. However, we cannot guarantee that the color you see on your screen will be an exact match for the actual product. This can be due to Video Settings, Lighting, and Dye variations.
- We are not responsible for Lost, Stolen, or incorrect shipping address. All orders need to be validated to ensure accurate information.
- ALL REFUNDS WILL REQUIRE Customers to Pay for Return Shipping via 30% Restocking FEE. This amount will be reduced on your refund. Exchanges will not incur a restocking fee
- Exchanges will be issued full Store Credit will be issued in full

This NATO Nylon Strap is very comfortable and preferred by people who dislike or allergic to the standard silicone strap. The NATO strap gets softer with use and is very flexible and will not come apart or dig into your wrist.
For the sizes of series 7, the 38/40mm bands are compatible with 41mm and the 42/44mm bands are compatible with 45mm watch.
WristWatchStraps.co Straps are compatible with all Apple Watch Brands
Including Series 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6. The 42mm band works with the 44mm watch; the 38mm band works with the 40mm watch. Swapping them out is easy as 1,2,3. You can review instructions here
