If you are not satisfied, you haveĀ 14 daysĀ to initiate a return request. IfĀ 14 days haveĀ passed since your purchaseĀ has been delivered, then unfortunately we canāt offer you a refund or exchange.Ā
- DO NOT SENDĀ Broken items.Ā Contact support@wristwatchstraps.co for items receivedĀ broken or 30 day warranty requests.
- Products must be returned in NEW and Unworn condition with all the original packaging. Returns are fully inspected and will be rejected if not in the original condition.
- DO NOT RETURN ITEMSĀ without emailing Support.Ā The return address on the shipping label isĀ NOT the same as the return address.Ā The return address is the Warehouse and they do not take incoming orders.Ā TheyĀ will destroy returned items.Ā
